Aurora Aksnes is the name of a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. Her birthplace was in Stavanger on June 15, 1996. She's professionally referred to as Aurora. Her name could be spelled as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released by Label Decca Records in May 2015 receiving great approval from musicians and music blogs as well as the media. She has previously recorded two highly-regarded covers Half the World Away by the group Oasis in a commercial for Christmas from John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. It was further recognized thanks to a Facebook post from Katy Perry where Perry endorsed the track Runaway. Honor her special birthday. She began playing the piano when she was just six years old, then began creating music when she was nine. It wasn't until she was 14 when she shared her story with her parents.
